Back Office advisers from the Purchasing Department's Customer Services are available from Monday to Friday to answer any questions you may have about the operation of the tool or the content of the controls themselves.
To access the Chat window, click on 'Help' at the bottom right of your screen.
This will open the chat window.
Outside of these hours or in the Momentary Absence Box, you will still be able to use the chat to send your request/question. The request will be taken into account and processed as soon as possible.
