They each have their own pricing policy and have full legitimacy to change their price as long as negotiations with Accor are respected.
The prices of the most consumed products are negotiated over a given period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual).
Some promotions (depending on the product categories) may be offered for a short period of time: Opportunity of the day in seafood products for example.
Prices change over time.
